Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped within your country. However, if you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer care team at care@yzadrip.com.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to keep all items displayed on our website in stock. However, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via email within two (5) working days. In such cases, you have the option to:
- Substitute your item with a product of the same or higher price, or
- Cancel your order and receive a refund.
Cancellation Guidelines:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched (whichever is earlier).
- To cancel an order, email us at care@yzadrip.com with your request.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:
- Genuine quality issues (only for unused, unaltered garments with tags intact).
- Packages lost in transit.
- Wrong items shipped and delivered.
No Refunds Will Be Issued for:
- Minor design or color variations.
Product Disclaimer
Embroidery and Color:
Our products are crafted with care to ensure premium quality. However, due to the nature of certain fabrics, we cannot guarantee that embroidery or colors will not bleed.
Sizing:
Garment fits vary based on fabric, cut, and style. Some items are designed for a relaxed fit, while others are more tailored. Please review the sizing guide provided with each product to select the most suitable fit. Note that slight measurement variations may occur due to the fabric’s nature.
Color Display:
We strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen resolution, or lighting during photography.
Wash Care:
Please refer to and follow the washing instructions provided on the product tag to maintain the quality of your garment.
Transactional Disputes
All transactional disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE. As a merchant, we bear no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of transaction authorization resulting from exceeding pre-set limits agreed upon with the cardholder’s bank.
